The Curiosity Challenge is back and we are expecting as many students as possible to get involved.
Students have until Friday 2nd December 2016, to complete one of the following Philosophy and Ethics challenges:
Year 7
How can there be a God when there is so much evil in the world? Research and present a theodicy (way of explaining God) in the face of evil.
Year 8
“True equality can never be achieved” Do you agree? Try to consider more than one point of view.
Year 9
“It is not possible to believe in predestination and free will” Do you agree? Try to consider more than one point of view.
There will be a prize for the winner in each year group and also prizes for runners up. These will be awarded in year group assemblies.
Completion of a Curiosity Challenge also earns 7A, 8A and 9A a signature on their Challenge card.
